President

As Founder and President, Dan shepherds Meadow’s vision, operations and strategic direction. He is committed to reshaping and renewing Baltimore through transforming its built assets into affordable and livable housing.

Intersecting a background in economics and law, with an expertise in real estate asset management, project finance, and construction management, Dan leads Meadow development projects and oversees all assets and properties.

Dan holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and an Honors Baccalaureate degree in Economics, American Studies and Politics, from the University of Toronto. Dan is admitted to the practice of law in the District of Columbia, New York State and before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Dan is committed to leading in both community and industry causes. Presently, he serves as Chair of the Board of the Small Developers Collective. Past Board memberships include a public University Board of Governors, a public charter elementary school Board, a community association Board and as a Chair of a Workforce Development Board.

When not deeply engaged at a Meadow project, often he can be found on a hike, exercising and relaxing with his dog.
